  • Apple Cider Roast Pork Loin
    Marinated in apple cider and fresh thyme, the whole loin is seared, brushed with a maple apple glaze then roasted. Then we slice it and top it with sautéed onions and apples. Served with side of horseradish red skin “smashed” potatoes. Lower carb alternative: roasted cauliflower. This is a dish you will take home and reheat. Allow 30-40 mins. $14.50 for a single serving (one person). $27.50 for two servings.

  • Arroz Con Pollo (rice with chicken)
    This Latin American inspired dish features seasoned chunks of chicken (both white and dark meat), veggies (chopped bell pepper and onions, sliced green olives, capers, peas), light tomato sauce, seasonings (such as garlic, Adobo, jalapeno, Cilantro) and rice. It’s a “one pot” dish so all of the ingredients are cooked together for a flavorful combination. This is a dish you will take home and reheat. Allow 30-40 mins. $13.00 for a single serving (one person) / $24.5 for two servings (two people).

  • Broccoli & Grape Pasta Salad
    Bowtie pasta with chopped pecans, grapes, fresh broccoli and diced red onion, tossed in a mayonnaise and red wine vinegar dressing. Great for lunch or as a light side dish. $12 for a 16 oz container.
