  • Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Chicken Breast
    Chicken breast stuffed with cheese, spinach and artichokes and topped with a light lemony cream sauce. Served with a side of rice pilaf. (Lower carb alternative: sautéed broccoli & cauliflower. Please mention your preference for the veggie alternative. Otherwise, we will assume rice.). This is something to take home and re-heat. Allow 30-45 minutes. $13 for one serving (one person). $24 for two servings (two people).

  • Sirloin Beef Tips
    Hand cut sirloin beef tips slow cooked until tender in a mushroom, onion and red wine sauce. (The mushrooms cook with the beef.) Served over buttered egg noodles. Lower carb alternative: peas & carrots. Please indicate your choice of the veggie side. Otherwise, we will assume egg noodles. You can also order the veggies as a side dish to the beef tips and egg noodles for an additional $2.50 per person. This is something to take home and re-heat. $14.00 for one serving (one person) / $26 for two servings (two people).

  • Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
    Chicken, ham and Swiss cheese layered over macaroni and covered with a creamy Dijon sauce and seasoned bread crumbs. This is a “take and bake” dish that will tolerate freezing. Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour from start to serving time. $18.00 for a 8.5″ X 6″ tin (2-3 servings).
