- Sirloin Beef Tips
Hand cut sirloin beef tips slow-cooked until tender in a mushroom, onion and red wine sauce. (The mushrooms cook with the beef.) Served over egg noodles. Lower carb alternative: peas & carrots. Please indicate your choice of the veggie side. Otherwise, we will assume egg noodles. You can also order the veggies as an additional side dish for $2.50 per person. This is something to take home and re-heat. $14.00 for one serving (one person) / $27 for two servings (two people).
- Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken and veggies (carrots, peas, corn, potatoes) in a rich chicken gravy, topped with pie dough. This is a take-home-and-bake item (allow 30-45 mins) that also freezes well. $17.50 for a 8.5’X6″ tin (2-3 servings).
- Greek “Village” Salad
A Greek salad with no lettuce – the way they eat it in a Greek village or “horio” (you can add your own, of course). Grape tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and chick peas topped with crumbled Feta cheese and dressed with a Feta cheese vinaigrette. We’ll garnish it with a couple of Kalamata olives and slices of pepperoncini. Nice for lunch or as a side dish to either of the above. Especially good with bread to soak up the dressing! $12 for a 16 oz container.
