  • Chicken Marsala
    Chicken breast dipped in a light batter and homemade breadcrumbs and topped with a rich mushroom Marsala cream sauce. Served with parmesan mashed potatoes. Lower carb alternative: sautéed broccoli. Please indicate your choice of the veggie side. Otherwise, we will assume potatoes. This is a dish you would take home and reheat. Allow 30-45 mins. $13.25 for a single serving. $25.50 for two servings.

  • Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
    Chicken, ham and Swiss cheese layered over macaroni and covered with a creamy Dijon sauce and seasoned bread crumbs. This is a “take and bake” dish that will tolerate freezing. Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour from start to serving time. $18.00 for a 8.5″ X 6″ tin (2-3 servings).

  • Tomato & Mozzarella (Caprese) Salad
    Balsamic marinated grape tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella in a balsamic vinaigrette. This is served cold. It can be a nice side dish to either of the above items or by itself for a light lunch. Also good with a nice bread for dipping! $12 for a 16 oz container.
