  • Athenian Chicken
    Chicken breast marinated in Greek salad dressing then baked and topped with an extra lemony lemon sauce and lightly sprinkled with feta cheese crumbles. Served with rice pilaf. Lower carb alternative: green beans. Please indicate your preference for the veggie side dish. Otherwise, we will assume orzo. You can also order the veggies as an additional side dish for $2.50 per person. $13.50 for a single serving / $25 for a 2-serving container.

  • Shepherd’s Pie
    Ground beef in a light tomato sauce with mixed veggies (corn, peas, green beans, carrots). Topped with mashed potatoes and sprinkled with cheddar cheese. This is a “take and bake” dish. It also freezes well. Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour from start to serving time. $18.00 for a 8.5″ X 6″ tin (which is approx. 2-3 servings).

  • Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad
    Fresh broccoli and cauliflower tossed with green peas, chopped celery and onions and a creamy mayo and parmesan dressing. Oh…and did I forget to mention…chopped BACON. (Yes, we can leave the bacon out, but it’s really yummy in there). $11 for a 16 oz container.
