Serving the greater Volusia County area, Zest! Catering + Events by Fay was established in 2009 by founder and Ormond Beach native Fay Theos.

Throughout a 15-year career in event marketing and management, Fay worked with national clients such as Kraft Foods, Toyota Motor Sales, AAA and others, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to orchestrating fun and memorable experiences. Add that to the joy she finds in cooking, and the result is a tasty and artful combination.

A descendant of Greek immigrants, both of Fay’s grandmothers were known for their cooking. Fay was also influenced by her parents who owned and operated a Stavros Pizza franchise for more than 20 years. You might say preparing great food is in her lineage, and that this background contributes to a Mediterranean flair in some of Zest!’s menu items.

The Zest! Catering menu offers a variety of options from appetizers and finger foods to full meals. We help our clients host any type of event, from small, intimate gatherings, to corporate functions and large parties.

A graduate of Seabreeze High School and Stetson University, Fay is proud that her passion for preparing and presenting delicious food has come to fruition in Zest!, and looks forward to becoming your caterer of choice.
