- Chicken “Souvlaki” (shish-ke-bob)
Marinated grilled chicken with a side of Tzadziki sauce (yogurt, garlic, dill, cucumber). Served in bite-sized pieces over rice pilaf. (Lower carb alternative: sautéed green beans. Please indicate your preference for the veggie side dish. Otherwise, we will assume rice.). Simply take home and re-heat, allowing 30-45 minutes. $13.50 for one serving (one person). $25 for two servings (two people).
- Dijon & Herb Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin seasoned with herbs, pan-seared and finished in the oven. Served with a side of mashed potatoes and topped with a Dijon Cream sauce. Lower carb alternative: roasted zucchini. Please indicate your preference for the veggie side dish. Otherwise, we will assume potatoes. You can also order the vegetables as an additional side for $2.50 per person. This is an item you would take home and reheat. Allow 30-45 mins. $13.50 for one serving (one person). $24 for two servings (two people).
- Southwestern Lasagna
Ground beef seasoned with a slight southwestern kick and diced veggies (onions, tomatoes, sliced olives) layered with flour tortillas (corn tortillas available upon request). These goodies are then smothered with cheese. This is a take-and-bake dish that also freezes well. $17.50 for a 8.5″ X 6″ tin (2-3 servings).
