Our version of Chicken Piccata features chicken breasts dipped in a light batter and dredged in homemade breadcrumbs that are then drizzled with a lemon, butter and white wine cream sauce. We finish it with a sprinkle of capers and fresh parsley. We’ll serve it with parmesan smashed red skin potatoes. This is a dish you would take home and reheat. Allow 30-45 mins.
