Our version of Chicken Piccata features chicken breasts dipped in a light batter and dredged in homemade breadcrumbs that are then drizzled with a lemon, butter and white wine cream sauce. We finish it with a sprinkle of capers and fresh parsley. We’ll serve it with parmesan smashed red skin potatoes. Please indicate your preference for the veggie side. Otherwise, we will assume potatoes. You can also order the asparagus as an additional side for $3 per person. This is a dish you would take home and reheat. Allow 30-45 mins.
