This salad will go great with either of the above. A Greek salad with no lettuce – the way they eat it in a Greek village or “horio” (you can add your own, of course). Grape tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and chick peas topped with crumbled Feta cheese and dressed with a Feta cheese vinaigrette.  We’ll garnish it with a couple of Kalamata olives and slices of pepperoncini.  Nice for lunch or as a side dish to either of the above.  Especially good with bread to soak up the dressing!
