Marinated in Dijon, garlic and fresh thyme, the whole loin is seared then roasted. Then we slice it and top it with an Apple Brandy cream sauce. Served with a side of wild rice pilaf. This is an item you would take home and re-heat (allow 30-40 minutes. Instructions included).
