Chicken Parmigiana

Lightly breaded chicken breast topped with a marinara sauce and a blend of shredded Parmesan, Provolone and Mozzarella cheeses. Served over linguine. This is an item you would take home and re-heat. Allow 30-40 mins.
Lower Carb Alternative You can order sauteed green beans INSTEAD of linguine. Or you can add them on for $3 per person.
LITE-en it up: To make it LITE, we will grill the chicken rather than breading it. We’ll top it with the sauce and cheese as usual. Select the veggie to keep it on the LITE side. Of course, you can get it with linguine (not considered LITE) and order the green beans as a side for an additional $3 per person.

Southwestern Lasagna

Ground beef seasoned with a slight southwestern kick, layered with flour tortillas (corn tortillas available upon request) and topped with diced veggies (onions, tomatoes, corn, beans, sliced olives). These goodies are then smothered with cheese. This is a take-and-bake dish that also freezes well.

Chicken & Biscuit Casserole

Think “chicken & dumplings” meets “chicken pot pie,” then add my favorite ingredient…CHEESE! Chopped chicken and green peas, corn and carrots soaked in a rich gravy, layered with shredded cheddar cheese and topped with biscuits. This is an item you would take home and bake (allow 30-40 minutes). It will also tolerate freezing.

Athenian Chicken

Chicken breast marinated in Greek salad dressing then baked and topped with an extra lemony lemon sauce (not GF). We then sprinkle it lightly with feta cheese crumbles and serve it with rice pilaf.
Lower Carb Alternative Roasted Zucchini.
Beef Stroganoff Casserole

Ground beef, egg noodles and mushrooms are combined with a tangy sour cream and white wine sauce. This is a "take home and bake" dish that freezes well. Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour from start to serving time.
Loaded Potato Soup

Russet potatoes and diced veggies (onion, carrot, celery) come together and blend into a creamy soup. We’ll throw in some chopped bacon and top it with shredded cheese for garnish. This dish would not be considered vegetarian. It will tolerate freezing.

Sample Meals
Couscous Salad

Israeli couscous with chick peas, fruits (diced apple, dried cranberries, dried cherries) and veggies (onions, bell pepper, zucchini, carrot). This vegetarian item is served cold and is a colorful and flavorful dish, spices like turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and cumin. It can be enjoyed as a side dish or straight out of the container for lunch.
Chicken Piccata

Our version of Chicken Piccata features chicken breasts dipped in a light batter and dredged in homemade breadcrumbs that are then drizzled with a lemon, butter and white wine cream sauce. We finish it with a sprinkle of capers and fresh parsley. We’ll serve it with parmesan smashed red skin potatoes. Please indicate your preference for the veggie side. Otherwise, we will assume potatoes. You can also order the asparagus as an additional side for $3 per person. This is a dish you would take home and reheat. Allow 30-45 mins.

Greek Chicken “Souvlaki” (shish-ke-bob)

Greek marinated chicken breast, cut into pieces, skewered then grilled. The chicken is served off the skewer with a side of Tzadziki sauce (yogurt, garlic, dill, cucumber) and placed on a bed of rice pilaf.
Lower carb alternative green beans with garlic butter. Please indicate your preference for the veggie side dish. Otherwise, we will assume rice.
